Website tools to help you get to the top

AdSense, Affiliate Marketing Links, Site Diagnostics - you name it.

The following are sites which I have found essential in optimizing income and search engine position - why not bookmark this page?

Google AdSense
You need to sign up for this as soon as you have a viable website - do not sign up until you do, though, as Google will turn you down otherwise. Use the link below to go straight to the sign-up page.

Tradedoubler
Enrol with Tradedoubler and join relevant affiliate schemes which can earn you money for doing absolutely nothing. Tradedoubler monitor all traffic so you can be sure your commission is correct and also you can see exactly which adverts are working. Here is a link to take you to their site.

Commission Junction
Similar to Tradedoubler but more relevant for the USA market.
Commission Junction

Link2me
Link2me provides a free link exchange service whereby you can register and trade links with relevant sites. There are a number of these sites on the internet but unfortunately many seem to cater for low quality sites which you should never link to. Do not be put off by sites with no Page Ranking - judge sites by their relevancy to yours and the quality of their content.

Meta Tags Analyzer
A really useful SEO tool. Have it look at your pages and tell you whether your tags are correct and what sort of relevance they have. Adjust your title, your name and description tags to get the highest possible score. There is also a very handy links analyzer too.
